Applies to event attendance and all Ticket and Sponsorship Purchases

These Event Terms and Conditions and Comprehensive Release of Liability (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the purchaser, attendee, sponsor, or any person attending the Event (collectively, “Purchaser” or “Attendee”) and Wealth Strategy Media, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Organizer”).

By purchasing a ticket or sponsorship package, accepting a ticket included in a sponsorship package, or attending the Event in any capacity, Purchaser expressly acknowledges, represents, and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. EVENT DESCRIPTION AND ADMISSION

The Event is a private, invitation only gathering hosted at a private estate located in South Florida. The Event venue is owned and operated by a third party unaffiliated with the Organizer.

The exact Event address shall be provided solely to confirmed ticket holders and sponsors prior to the Event. Purchaser acknowledges that venue details are intentionally withheld for privacy and security purposes.

Admission may be denied or revoked at any time, with or without cause, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organizer.

2. TICKETS, SPONSORSHIPS, AND BENEFITS

All ticket and sponsorship purchases are final, non transferable, and non refundable except as expressly stated herein.

Sponsorship packages may include a specified number of event tickets. All such tickets are subject to these Terms. Sponsor is responsible for ensuring that any guests receiving sponsor tickets comply fully with these Terms.

All sponsor benefits, deliverables, and inclusions are provided on an as is basis, with no guarantees, warranties, or representations, express or implied.

3. EVENT MODIFICATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND CANCELLATION

The Organizer reserves the unrestricted right to modify, reschedule, postpone, relocate, shorten, extend, or otherwise alter the Event, including but not limited to the date, time, location, format, programming, amenities, guest list, or offerings, for any reason whatsoever.

Such reasons may include, without limitation, inclement weather, venue availability, safety concerns, acts of God, governmental actions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.

No modification, rescheduling, or relocation shall entitle Purchaser to a refund.

In the unlikely event the Event is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled, the Organizer may, in its sole discretion, issue refunds. Any refund issued shall constitute Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy.

4. OVERBOOKING AND GUEST SELECTION

The Organizer reserves the right to limit attendance and to apply guest selection criteria at its sole discretion.

If the Event becomes overbooked or attendance capacity is otherwise exceeded, the Organizer may deny or revoke admission, even after purchase. In such cases, the Organizer may issue a refund, which shall fully satisfy any and all claims by Purchaser.

5. THIRD PARTY VENUE AND PROPERTY DAMAGE

Purchaser acknowledges that the Event is hosted at a private residence owned by a third party.

Purchaser assumes full responsibility and liability for any damage, loss, or destruction caused by Purchaser or Purchaser’s guests to the venue, its furnishings, landscaping, fixtures, or any other property.

Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer for any claims, costs, or damages arising from property damage attributable to Purchaser or Purchaser’s guests.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Purchaser knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending the Event, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

Such risks include, without limitation, personal injury, illness, exposure to communicable diseases, accidents, property damage, theft, transportation related incidents, and risks inherent in attending a private event at a private residence.

7. COMPREHENSIVE RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purchaser hereby irrevocably releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Organizer from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether in law or equity, arising out of or related to Purchaser’s attendance at or participation in the Event.

This release applies to claims arising from negligence, premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, or any other legal theory, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

Purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Organizer from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to Purchaser’s attendance at the Event, Purchaser’s breach of these Terms, or Purchaser’s acts or omissions.

9. SPONSORSHIP NON DELIVERY AND FORCE MAJEURE

Organizer shall not be liable for the failure to deliver any sponsorship benefit or event feature due to circumstances beyond its control, including venue restrictions, third party limitations, safety concerns, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events.

No refunds or credits shall be issued due to modified, reduced, or unavailable sponsor benefits.

10. MEDIA RELEASE

Purchaser grants Organizer an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free license to photograph, record, and use Purchaser’s likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any media now known or hereafter developed for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes.

11. CODE OF CONDUCT

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the nature of the Event, without refund.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organizer’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Purchaser.

In no event shall Organizer be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Florida.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Purchaser’s purchase of a ticket or sponsorship, acceptance of an event ticket, or physical attendance at the Event constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.
